Classroom is a digital learning platform where:

• Teachers can teach and manage classes
• Students can learn from qualified teachers

Note: One Academy only provides the platform and does not directly control teaching outcomes.

General Rules:

• You must provide correct and up-to-date information
• One person can create only one account
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure

Teachers agree to:

• Provide true information about skills and experience
• Teach students professionally and respectfully
• Avoid sharing misleading or harmful content
• Respect student privacy and platform rules

Students agree to:

• Use Classroom only for learning purposes
• Respect teachers and classmates
• Not misuse content, recordings, or materials
• Follow classroom guidelines set by teachers

• Teachers are responsible for the content they provide
• Students may not copy, sell, or share course content without permission
• All platform-related branding belongs to One Academy

• Classes will be paid
• Payment terms will be clearly shown before enrollment
• One Academy may charge service fees
• Refund policies (if any) will be defined separately

Warning: Violation may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

One Academy reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice
• Remove content that violates policies
• Take action to protect the community

• One Academy is not responsible for learning results
• We are not liable for disputes between teachers and students
• Platform is provided “as is" without guarantees

We may update these Terms & Conditions anytime. Continued use of Classroom means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
