We do not store your raw debit/credit card numbers. All financial transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad).

We use your data for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To create your account and enable access to the Classroom.
• Verification: To verify the identity of Teachers to ensure quality education.
• Transactions: To process tuition fees and payouts.
• Communication: To send class schedules and updates.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Between Users: Teachers see Student names/needs; Students see Teacher profiles.
• Service Providers: Third parties helping us operate (hosting, payments).
• Legal Compliance: If required by law.

All content provided on Classroom (including live classes, video lectures, notes, and materials) is the exclusive property of Classroom and its Teachers.

No Unauthorized Sharing:

You are strictly prohibited from recording, downloading, capturing, or distributing any class videos or materials to any third party or platform (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Drive, etc.).

Account Sharing:

Students cannot share their account credentials with others to give access to paid content.

Legal Action:

If any user is found sharing our content illegally or using it on a different platform without written permission, Classroom reserves the right to take immediate Legal Action against that individual under applicable copyright and digital security laws. Additionally, the user's account will be permanently terminated without refund.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this policy.

If a user is a minor, they must obtain parental or guardian consent to use the platform. We encourage parents to monitor their child's usage.
